Tim Partridge is a Managing Director at Altera and the Chair of the Firm’s Investment Committee, overseeing all investment opportunities.

Tim has served in the investment services and alternative investments industries for over 20 years. He has met and performed due diligence on hundreds of investment firms and opportunities across a variety of asset classes – both public and private (equity, real estate, debt, etc.). Over his career, Tim has performed due diligence on numerous fund investments, co-investments, and direct equity deals. During his tenure as an Investment Director of the Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund, Tim oversaw the growth of the portfolio from $500mm to ~$3bn. Tim has personally invested in private investment opportunities across private equity, private credit, and real estate.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Marquette University and a Master of Business Administration from the Olin School of Business at Babson College.
