Lisa Trivers is the financial controller for Altera with over 30 years of accounting experience. She works closely with members of the team to streamline corporate finance and facilitate cash management, budgeting, and forecasting that aligns with Altera’s strategic goals. In addition, Lisa is actively involved in financial audits and tax filings for the firm’s investment vehicles and has contributed significantly to the development of the fund accounting team.
Lisa brings public and private accounting experience to the table. Her wealth of knowledge spans across many industries with a focus primarily in real estate. In her prior professional roles, she has managed accounting and reporting for real estate portfolios for pension funds and international clients in excess of $1 billion in AUM. Lisa has served as CFO for a mortgage company owned by a publicly traded homebuilder. She has managed teams of finance professionals, maintained extensive knowledge of financial audits, and even underwrote over $600 million in real estate valuations to determine investment vehicles for a previous company.
Lisa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.
