Brian is the Chief Executive Officer of Batchelor & Kimball, Inc., a mechanical construction firm that partners with commercial clients across the South and Southeastern United States. Brian also serves as a Board Member for Altera.

Prior to Batchelor & Kimball, Brian was a corporate attorney at the global law firm Jones Day. While at Jones Day, Brian represented public and private companies and private equity groups in connection with mergers, acquisitions, intellectual property and general corporate matters.

Brian graduated with high honors earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He was a Rothfeder Scholar at Emory University, where he earned Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees. Brian is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Brian and his family attend Peachtree Presbyterian Church, and he enjoys serving at the church and in the community.
