Altera is led by a team of financial professionals who understand the private investment needs of individual investors, institutions, and portfolio managers. Our team is dedicated to finding attractive risk-adjusted returns in the lower middle market so that our investors can build a more comprehensive portfolio with long-term value creation in mind. We encourage creativity and reward individual ideas, but we work together as a team to create investable opportunities across private equity, real assets, and private credit.
We are constantly evolving our process and testing our opinions, but our core mission has remained constant – finding differentiated sources of return in the private markets. Our senior leadership team has been with the firm since inception. They are dedicated to developing our people – ensuring continuity for years to come.
